Give it and Obama's remarks just a smidge of thought and you'll realize A) he's absolutely in the right to make such a statement and B) Stewart's dead on in this clip.
I think if you asked a “small town” person what they think of that statement, they’ll say it’s true. We stopped in a sporting goods store in Amarillo and we asked our teenage cashier if there was a Pappadeux’s near by. She listed off the local restaurants in a dead tone and then said “We’re not big enough for a Pappadeux’s”. The day she turns 18, she’d outta there.
